UPDATE 2: 12:16 a.m. ET 11/3/2022: Holders of Greenland Holdings’ USD notes are displeased with the company’s extension proposal under a consent solicitation launched on Monday, Oct. 31, and are attempting to push back by coordinating a blocking stake in at least one of the nine bond series, according to two sources familiar with the matter.
