Mike is a legal analyst focusing on stressed and distressed municipal situations and chapter 9 bankruptcies. Prior to joining Reorg, Mike was an associate in the restructuring groups at Shearman & Sterling and WilmerHale. He has a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
