UPDATE 1: 1:26 p.m. ET 4/27/2023: Vice Chancellor Morgan Zurn of the Delaware Court of Chancery today
notified parties in the
AMC Entertainment Holdings stockholder litigation that they must submit their settlement documents by the close of business today if they wish to hold a final settlement hearing on June 29 and 30. The letter also notes that “if counsel does not file the settlement documents by close of business today, they should contact Chambers for new hearing dates.”
