UPDATE 1: 11:04 a.m. ET 9/28/2022: GenesisCare lenders have organized with Akin Gump as legal advisor to prepare for restructuring talks with the oncology services provider, according to sources. Houlihan Lokey is the financial advisor to the lender group, as reported.
Akin Gump did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
