Sberbank subsidiary SBK ART, which holds a 43% share in Croatian retail and food-producing group Fortenova, was sanctioned on Dec. 16 by the EU after a request from Croatia’s government, according to Croatia’s State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Frane Matusic.
