The court of Turin has admitted Savio Thesan’s concordato plan, sources told Reorg. The Turin-headquartered manufacturer of accessories for window and door frames had filed for an in-court restructuring procedure in May 2020 after previously finalizing a restructuring deal in November 2019.

The restructuring plan consists of the disposal of the company’s photovoltaic unit as well as the sale of its business unit (ramo d’azienda) to a private investor, sources said.
