Trinseo’s 2025 bondholders have hired Perella Weinberg Partners as they work on a deal to address near-term maturities, according to sources.
The news comes after an ad hoc group of unsecured bondholders hired Paul Weiss and an ad hoc group of lenders hired Gibson Dunn,
as earlier reported. Evercore is advising the ad hoc lender group that organized with Gibson Dunn, the sources added.
