SVXR, Inc., a San Jose, Calif.-based inspection and metrology technology company for the semiconductor packaging industry and a “pioneer in the development and deployment of fully automatic fast inline X-ray process control solutions utilizing the latest Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) methodologies,” filed for chapter 11 protection on Wednesday in the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California. The company reports $1 million to $10 million in assets and $10 million to $50 million in liabilities. The debtor is represented by Paul Hastings in Palo Alto, Calif. Omni Agent Solutions is the claims agent. The case number is 21-51050. The case has been assigned to Judge Stephen L. Johnson.

The list of largest unsecured creditors includes as the largest claim a $292,767 claim held by Baker Botts, followed by a $134,530 claim held by Applied Engineering, a $98,291 claim held by Navitar - Special Optics and a $51,779 claim held by Winston & Strawn, with the remaining claims held by vendors or employees.
