Ardian-controlled German lighting fixtures company SLV Lighting has hired law firm Kirkland & Ellis to advise on debt negotiations with lenders, sources told Reorg.
A group of lenders has heard pitches for legal advisors as well last week, sources said.
The company is working with Marlborough Partners’ debt advisory team on an amend-and-extend request for its €400 million term loan B paying Euribor+425 bps, which matures at the end of 2023, as
