A group of holders of Silicon Valley Bank’s preferreds and common equity is working with Brown Rudnick and Ducera Partners, according to sources.
The group is exploring the formation of an official equity committee in
SVB Financial’s chapter 11 cases, the sources said, adding that such a committee may be warranted in order to discover and maximize the value of the estate.
Brown Rudnick and Ducera did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
