Following its Feb. 3 disclosure of $242.6 million in incremental net proceeds from the sale of a Medicare Part D receivable, Rite Aid is planning to offer another tender for its 7.5% secured notes due 2025, according to sources, who said the drugstore chain is identifying bondholders to make an offer.

The upcoming tender offer is not expected to be as coercive, according to sources.
