Nordic Aviation Capital, or NAC, is increasingly considering a chapter 11 bankruptcy filing as an implementation device for the company’s debt restructuring, sources told Reorg, as creditors continue efforts to reach common ground on a comprehensive workout of the aircraft leasing group.
