Court Filing

Judge Loretta Preska of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York wrote in a filing today that in light of the upcoming presidential elections in Argentina, the court is adjourning the briefing dates for Argentina and YPF's motion to dismiss Petersen Energía and Eton Park’s claims pursuant to the doctrine of forum non conveniens until there is a "clearer sense of which administration will have the power to speak for the Republic."

Accordingly, Petersen and Eton Park's time to file opposition papers is extended to Dec. 7, and the Republic's time to reply is extended to Jan. 7, 2020.
