Hopson Development Holdings and Guangdong Pearl River Investment Co. are planning to consolidate some of their organizational structures, and Hopson will also take over some of the business operations of Guangdong Pearl River’s projects, according to two sources familiar with the matter.
The details of the consolidation and related operations’ takeover are still being discussed, said the two sources.
Both Hopson and Guangdong Pearl River Investment are under the control of the Chu family....
