A group of Officine Maccaferri’s bondholders have filed a complaint to challenge a May 20 bondholders’ resolution which amended the procedure and majorities required to enforce the company’s 2021 bond guarantees, sources told Reorg. The dissenting noteholders are not part of Officine’s ad hoc bondholder group and represent about 20% of its €190 million bonds, sources added.
