New York, March 06, 2023 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned an initial Ba1 rating to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, MN's $50.9 million Charter School Lease Revenue Bonds (Community School of Excellence Project), Series 2023. Following the sale, the school will have about $51 million in outstanding revenue debt. The outlook is stable.
