For potential bond issuances by real estate companies under the “Second Arrow” program, China Bond Insurance Co. plans to significantly raise the loan-to-value ratio (LTV ratio) for collateral posted as a counter-guarantee for China Bond Insurance’s guarantee, according to four sources familiar with the matter.
