Telecom Argentina has appointed Roberto Nobile as the company’s new CEO, sources from Telecom confirmed to Reorg. He will replace current CEO Carlos Moltini, who will continue in his position until Dec. 31 when he will be replaced by Nobile. The source told Reorg that Moltini will continue in a strategic role for Telecom.
