A three- judge bench of the Supreme Court of India, at a hearing today, Nov. 11, attended by Reorg, ordered Future Retail not to seek recourse in any other forum or court until it further hears the special leave petition filed by Future Retail against the Delhi High Court’s Oct. 29 interim order, on Nov. 23.

The Oct. 29 interim order denied an application for interim relief or ad-interim relief on Future Retail’s appeal seeking a stay on enforcement of the Oct. 25, 2020, Singapore International Arbitration Centre emergency arbitrator award.

Senior lawyer Parag Tripathi appeared on behalf of Future Coupons Pvt. Ltd., one of the petitioners in the case. The three-judge bench was led by the Chief Justice of India, Nuthalapati Venkata Ramana.
