Metalcorp’s 8.5% notes due 2026 are quoted at 45 today after a turbulent week for the Luxembourg-based metals and mining group, in which the bonds dropped to the low-20s from about 79 on Monday. The company hosted a noteholder call yesterday after announcing at the beginning of the week that it was unable to pay the outstanding principal amount under its 2022 bonds.
