A wide range of issuances took advantage of robust market conditions to raise money in the European leveraged finance market in April as market participants see signs of stricter discipline among investors. We saw investor pushback on some aggressive deals and one bond deal that was abandoned due to market conditions, however some aggressive covenant terms were still able to clear the markets.
