U.S. Virgin Island's Municipal Debt coverage:

 

The U.S. Virgin Island’s Matching Fund Special Purpose Securitization Corp. successfully priced $955.5 million Series 2022 in matching fund securitization bonds today, according to market sources. Proceeds from the $933.7 million tax-exempt Series 2022A bonds and taxable $21.7 million Series 2022B bonds will help stabilize the USVI Government Employees Retirement System, as reported.

Underwriters at Ramirez and Jefferies added a $20.9 million Series 2022A tax-exempt tranche due 2025 to the offering in addition to increasing yields during pre-marketing, said the sources. The details for final pricing on all tranches of debt are below:
