Smile Telecoms Restructuring Plan

Smile Telecoms is due to appear before Justice Robert Miles for the convening hearing of its second Part 26A Restructuring Plan on Wednesday, Jan. 12. Smile’s plan will be the first ever to include an application to exclude a creditor class from voting on the proposal under section 901C(4) of the Companies Act 2006.
