recognized (Chinese) the Hong Kong voluntary winding up procedure and the Hong Kong liquidators of Samson Paper Company Ltd. (SPCL), permitting the Hong Kong liquidators to take certain actions in the Mainland, including taking over the property, seal, account books and documents of the company, as well as manage and dispose of SPCL’s property.
