A group of offshore noteholders of Guangzhou R&F Properties has retained Ropes & Gray as their legal advisor. Represented by the counsel, the noteholders have sent a letter to R&F and J.P. Morgan Securities plc, dealer manager of R&F’s most recent tender offer, expressing concern over what the holders see as R&F’s misleading behavior in the tender process, according to two sources familiar with the matter.
