NSO Group management said on its second-quarter earnings call this afternoon that a change of control has not been triggered under the credit agreement when BRG was appointed as the new general partner at private equity firm and sponsor Novalpina, which owns a 67% stake in NSO, according to sources. The company also highlighted contract wins despite the media firestorm over the Israel-based company’s Pegasus software, which was allegedly used to spy on targeted individuals.
