Direct lenders and banks are circling the sale of U.K. second-hand book retailer World of Books. The retailer is being marketed off EBITDA of about £11 million and could reach a valuation of up to £143 million based on a 13x multiple, sources said. Direct lenders are expected to offer leverage levels at 4.5x.
