IPC Systems has reached an agreement in principle with 100% of its second lien lenders on an out-of-court restructuring, according to a private document dated Aug. 9 posted to lenders and reviewed by Reorg. The company said in the disclosure that it expects to complete the transaction “expeditiously.”
