Epic Rehabilitation and Nursing at White Plains, filed for chapter 11 protection today in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. The company reports $1 million to $10 million in assets and $10 million to $50 million in liabilities. The petition indicates that the debtor seeks to proceed under subchapter V of chapter 11. The debtor is represented by Klestadt Winters Jureller Southard & Stevens in New York. The case number is 21-22623.
Financial statements attached to the petition reflect $9.1 million in assets and $20.1 million in liabilities as of Sept. 30.
