Edgemere has agreed on a consensual plan with its bondholders, parent Lifespace and the unsecured creditors committee, announcing at a hearing today that the company will be withdrawing its joint UCC-debtor Lifespace-sponsored plan and amending the competing bondholder plan to reflect the settlement terms.

The amended plan will adopt the format and structure of the bondholder plan on file - which is centered on a $48.5 million stalking horse bid for the Dallas-based continuing care...
