Switzerland-based cigarette filter manufacturer Cerdia grew second-quarter sales 5.7% year over year to $123.7 million from $117 million in the same quarter last year, sources told Reorg. EBITDA rose 9.9% to $33.3 million from $30.3 million.

Like-for-like consolidated EBITDA, which excludes the impact of the Accoya division sold by Cerdia last year, improved to $33.3 million from $29.3 million.

As a result, last-12-months’ consolidated EBITDA inched up to $134.7 million,
