Strike, LLC, a Woodlands, Texas-based contractor that provides construction and maintenance services to the energy sector, filed for chapter 11 protection today in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. The company reports $100 million to $500 million in both assets and liabilities.
The company had been
preparing to file to facilitate a sale of substantially all of its assets.
