Funds Aurelius and Gordon Brothers have agreed to provide a £25 million loan to support MIP Holdings’ planned acquisition of U.K. fashion retail group French Connection, sources told Reorg. The facility is aimed at implementing French Connection’s turnaround strategy and repaying its existing debt, sources said.
