Certain real money investors have recently approached Fosun International Ltd. to discuss whether it will issue new USD notes, according to two sources familiar with the matter.
If the Chinese conglomerate were to issue new offshore USD notes, it would most likely price the notes with an at least 11% to 13% coupon - the current yield on its outstanding USD bonds - potentially adding a premium, sources said.
