This morning, Tuesday, April 2, a source at EchoStar with knowledge of the situation confirmed that DISH Network Corp.’s
option to purchase certain 800 MHz spectrum licenses had “expired.” As noted in the company’s
10-K, the option was
scheduled to expire Monday, April 1, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
